Processing Times
Each piece is made to order currently, as such, we do not keep stock. Hence, orders can take 5 working days to process and be sent out for delivery.
Shipping,Returns and Exchanges
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. All local orders are hipped via TTpost and international orders are shipped via DHL.
Please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery. Delivery days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note we are not responsible for any delays due to customs once the parcel has reached its destination country.
We offer a flat rate of $30 USD for all international orders, not inclusive of any additional taxes or duties.
Please note all sales are final as we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges at this point but are working on a way to offer these services in the near future.
Refund Policy
To receive a refund for, please send a picture of the item to our email, thecocricoisle@gmail.com, along with the reason for the refund request within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note that we will only refund items that were received damaged.
Upon receiving correspondence, we will review and facilitate a refund for the cost of the item within 5-10 working days. please note that we are not able to facilitate refunds for the cost of shipping currently.
